Typically if the caliper contacts inside of the wheel, clearance can be gained by light sanding of caliper contact points. By adding or removing the different-width spacers, the caliper's final position over the rotor can be adjusted inside to outside.
This is a project so have not checked out the operation, but see no reason they should not work well.
