Staying near the start means you wont need to rush on the morning of your race and affords one the ability to sleep in just a little longer. 2-1. If the event is canceled by February 5, 2023. Preventing pedestrians from crossing the course or obstructing the passage of emergency vehicles at certain points, when and where they are allowed to do so. Cancellation due to snowstorm, flood due to heavy rain, building destruction due to strong wind, lightning strike, tornado, and/or fire along or near the course, causing course blockage.
